Account Registration

To access our courses and services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

One Account Per Person

Each account is for a single individual. Account sharing is prohibited. If you are found to be sharing your account with others, we reserve the right to terminate your access.

You agree not to:

• Share, redistribute, or resell course content in any form
• Record, download, or capture video content beyond what is provided
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated systems to access or scrape our content
• Attempt to circumvent any access controls or security measures
• Use our platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Lifetime Access

When you purchase a course, you receive lifetime access to that specific course content. This includes all current modules, lessons, and any future updates to that course.

Course Updates

We may update, modify, or improve course content at any time. These updates are included in your original purchase at no additional cost.

New Courses

New courses released after your purchase are separate products and require additional purchase, unless you have an active All Access Pass subscription.

What's Included

The All Access Pass (AAP) grants you access to all courses released during your subscription period. This includes:

• Immediate access to all currently available courses
• Access to new courses released during your subscription
• All course updates and improvements

Subscription Terms

The All Access Pass is a time-limited subscription. Once your subscription period ends, you retain permanent access to courses that were released during your active subscription period.

Service Description

Sprint Training is a 30-day personalized mentorship program where you receive video-based feedback on your design work from Gary Simon. The program includes:

• Multiple submission and feedback rounds over 30 days
• Personalized video feedback (typically 5-20+ minutes per response)
• Guaranteed 48-hour response time for each submission

Program Duration

Your 30-day sprint begins when you submit your first deliverable, not when you purchase. This allows you time to prepare your project before starting the clock.

Submission Guidelines

Submissions are handled one at a time. You must wait for feedback on your current submission before submitting new work. This ensures thorough, focused feedback on each iteration.

Our Content

All course content, including videos, text, graphics, code examples, design files, and other materials, is owned by ProfessionalsNow LLC and is protected by copyright law. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your own learning.

Your Work

You retain ownership of any original work you create while taking our courses. However, by submitting work for Sprint Training feedback, you grant us permission to reference your work in the feedback videos (which are visible only to you).

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Redistribute or resell our content
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse refund policies

Upon termination for violation of these terms, you will lose access to all courses and services without refund.

Our courses and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee any specific results or outcomes from taking our courses.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProfessionalsNow LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ohio.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
